Every time a cupcake appears, thereās a split second of panicāfrosting mountain, tiny cake base, and no clue how to get a bite without looking like a mess. Tried the classic bite, but the frosting-to-cake ratio is all wrong. Then, one day, I saw someone twist off the bottom, plop it on top, and make a cupcake sandwich.
No more frosting mustache, just perfect bites every time. Itās weirdly satisfying to see the layers line up, and it actually feels like the cupcake was meant to be eaten this way. Never going back to the old method.
