I was reading 2 Corinthians 12 about Paul’s "thorn in the flesh." Paul, the guy who raised the dead and healed the sick, had a chronic, agonizing issue. He begged God three times to take it away. And God’s answer was basically, "No. My grace is enough for you, because my power is made perfect in weakness." God didn't remove the pain; He changed the purpose of it. If you are praying for a miracle and hearing silence right now, maybe God isn't ignoring you. Maybe He is trusting you with a thorn to display His strength through your survival.
