Every spring, I get this wild urge to build something for my tomato and pepper seedlings. You’d think I’d just set them under a tree like everyone else, but nope. rain just hit different when you’re growing lettuce?? 🥬🌧️

My lettuce babies finally popped off after the rain!! 😭✨ I’ve got five kinds going strong—Italian, glass, purple leaf, romaine, and butter lettuce. Most of them were planted from seedlings, but I did sow three pots of romaine by hand (and they’re still tiny so I’m babying them hard). Now I’m just standing there staring at them, too soft to harvest anything because they look so fresh and cute after the rain. 🤪 Like... how am I supposed to eat them when they’re literally thriving??
