Heather Sheppard+FollowWhat are some surprising body or health hacks everyone should know?I've got some surprisingly simple body and health hacks that really make a difference. These are little tricks that just make daily life easier, boost your energy, or help you feel better without much effort. 1. Vitamin D pills during those dark winter months are a game changer. 2. Doing hip stretches every single morning is key. Seriously, if you have lower back pain or weak squats, it's often all in the hips. Doing this every night before bed helps me sleep better too. 3. Even a short walk three times a week is a thousand times better than no walk at all. 4. Ginger is a life saver for nausea! 5. If you're a side sleeper, putting a thin pillow between your knees really helps keep your hips and spine aligned. I used to get so much pain in my lower back and hips, and putting a pillow between my knees to sleep changed everything for me. What are your go-to surprising body or health hacks?
