The previous owners intended this space to be an indoor pool, but we're not keen on keeping it that way. Now we're staring at this big, multi-sided pit... Our main idea is to level out the floor, essentially filling in the pool pit. But we also wonder if there is another way... And then there's the wooden plank ceiling. We're considering painting it white, and maybe matching the door and window trims in a complementary color. Gotta say, the internet seems pretty divided. Honestly, I'm leaning towards Cigna, mainly 'cause I've heard so many nightmare stories about United’s customer service. Like, people waiting HOURS on hold just to get a simple question answered. WTF?! Can anyone out there give a bit of real-world insight? Does anyone actually have a positive experience with United or is it just as bad as it sounds? I don't wanna be stuck struggling to get basic help with my plan or surprise bills that feel like a sucker punch. Any advice would be awesome; I'm feeling a bit over my head here.
