Hidden Lake Trail is the kind of place people post about with words like 'breathtaking.' And yeah, the lake is unreal—ice-blue, mountains reflected like a secret. But standing there, I felt nothing. Not awe, not peace. Just tired. Maybe it was the altitude, or maybe it was realizing that no view, no matter how wild, could fix the ache I brought with me. I took a photo. Didn’t post it.
