Let’s be real—my ego gets in the way sometimes. 😅 But I’ve learned some simple ways to let go and live lighter. Here’s what’s working for me:
• I stay present by tuning into my senses—listening, seeing, feeling. It’s wild how much calmer I feel!
• Meditation is my go-to for quieting that inner critic. Even just 5 minutes helps me detach from those nagging thoughts.
• Gratitude journaling? Total game-changer. I jot down 3 things I’m thankful for every day. 🙏
• Silence used to freak me out, but now I embrace it. It’s where I find my real self.
• Expressing myself—through art, dance, or just talking—lets me drop the act and be ME.
• When fear pops up, I remind myself: I’m more than my doubts. I can do hard things!
• I focus on kindness and connection, not stuff. People remember how I make them feel, not what I own. ❤️
