I posted about feeling low… and the school locked me in a counselor’s room.

I’m 15. Last week, I made a post that said: "I feel so tired. I don’t even know why I try anymore." It wasn’t for attention. I just needed to let it out. The next day, the school called me in. I thought maybe someone wanted to check in. But instead, they told me: 👉 “You’re not allowed to post things like that. It makes the school look bad.” 👉 “You’re spreading negativity.” 👉 “If you do it again, we’ll call your parents and put it on your record.” I sat there in a tiny office while they asked me if I was “safe.” But none of it felt safe. It felt like I was being punished for hurting. No one asked what was going on. No one said, “I’m here for you.” They just wanted me to shut up and smile. Why are teens treated like threats when we’re just asking for help? Why do schools care more about their image than our mental health? #MentalHealthMatters #TeenVoices #HighSchoolLife #SchoolSystemFail #LetKidsSpeak #StopTheSilence #MentalHealthAwareness #ListenToTeens #SupportNotSilence #EducationReform

Boost Your Mood: Simple Self-Care Hacks!

Let’s be real—life gets overwhelming, and sometimes my mental health takes a hit. But I’ve learned that I can actually boost my own happiness! ❤️ Here’s what’s working for me: • I focus on positive moments—like sunshine on my skin or finishing a chore. Noticing the good stuff really helps! ☀️ • I keep a little diary to track what brings me joy. Turns out, it’s the simple things—walks, helping friends, learning new stuff. • I set goals that matter to me, not just what looks good on paper. That way, I’m way more motivated! • I try to get enough sleep (even though I love late-night scrolling 😅). A bedtime routine is a game-changer. • Moving my body—even just a walk—makes a HUGE difference in my mood. • I practice gratitude and tell my people I appreciate them. It’s cheesy, but it works! • When things get tough, I remind myself it’s okay to ask for help. 🙈 Taking care of myself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
