In the middle of the night, someone tied dream catchers on my neighbor’s and my apartment entrance/doors. We don’t know who or why.

As you can see, my neighbors’ and my door face each other up a stairwell. Someone in the wee hours of the night, tied four dream catchers around our entrance and doors. We live in a major city, but our entrance is not on the street. It is a bit hidden, but there’s no gate to stop a stranger from walking up. And it definitely wasn’t the few other people in our building. This happened about a month ago, and we’ve exhausted all leads. We have no idea who did this or why.
