Will future NHRA be more about software than parts? That’s kinda sad.

The big tuners are already winning with laptop tables almost as much as with wrenches. We might see a point where the most important “tool” in the trailer isn’t a torque wrench, it’s a software package that models track bite in real time. I’ll watch it either way, but damn I’ll miss seeing crews with clutch dust up to their elbows guessing on grams by feel. #NHRA #DragRacing #Wrench #OldSchool
