Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a doughnut pan.
In a big bowl, toss together 2 cups cooked spaghetti, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 7-8 chopped basil leaves, plus salt and pepper.
Mix everything until it’s all coated and sticking together.
Spoon the pasta mix into the doughnut pan, filling each one about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let them cool a bit, pop them out, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
These are so fun and honestly, way easier than they look. Perfect for parties or just a snack attack!
