My rarest Nuzlocke encounter✨

So somehow, I managed to get a SHINY EEVEE on my White 2 Nuzlocke. For those of you who don’t get how insane this is — this is the only wild-caught Eevee in the entire series, to my knowledge. You can only find it in a tiny dark grass patch in Castelia City, and even then, it has a 1% encounter rate. And on top of that… Nuzlocke rules. I can only catch my first encounter, so the odds of this happening are just ridiculous. Honestly, it’s probably the luckiest thing that’s ever happened to me in gaming. I literally turned off my 3DS and haven’t finished the run out of fear of losing it. Back in the day, I didn’t use Pokémon Bank, and the 3DS no longer supports Wi-Fi, so there’s no way to transfer it to modern games. If I have to reset my run, I lose it forever. Let me know if you have any ideas for solutions. Also… if I continue the run, what should I evolve it into? #Games #Nintendo #Pokemon

Anyone Else Miss Classic Linear Pokémon Progression?

Don’t get me wrong—I really enjoy the open world in Scarlet & Violet and how much freedom Legends Arceus gave us. But sometimes I find myself missing the old-school linear Pokémon journey. There was something special about the set routes, the sense of building anticipation for each gym, and that feeling when you walked into a new town or cave, not knowing what was around the corner. In the latest games, you can run off, catch a high-level Pokémon way early, and the whole map is basically open from the jump. It’s awesome for exploring, but I kind of miss those moments where you’d wonder “What’s in the next patch of grass?” or be forced to actually use what you caught on each route. It gave the adventure a different kind of magic and challenge. I’m hoping future games find a way to balance both—keep the freedom, but maybe add more of that classic structure too. #Pokemon #GameFreak #PokemonScarletViolet #PokemonLegends #Nintendo #NintendoSwitch2

Nintendo Switch 2 Pokémon Legends: Z‑A Bundle Is Official and Pre‑Orders Are Live

Nintendo has officially announced a Nintendo Switch 2 + Pokémon Legends: Z‑A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition bundle, set to release worldwide on October 16, 2025. The bundle includes the standard Switch 2 console plus a digital copy of Pokémon Legends: Z‑A, and it’s priced at $499.99 USD in the U.S. 🧡 This marks the second major post-launch bundle (after Mario Kart World), and it looks like Nintendo is committing to pairing Switch 2 launches with major Pokémon titles moving forward. There’s no special design on the hardware, which may actually make pre-orders easier to snag—so far stock seems to be holding at major retailers like Target, Best Buy, GameStop, and the My Nintendo Store. If you’ve been waiting to upgrade your handheld and want to do it in style with a brand-new Pokémon RPG—this bundle is the move. #NintendoSwitch2 #PokemonZA #PokemonGo #Pokemon #Nintendo #Games
