What's it like hitting up Texas Roadhouse on Father's Day?😄
Knowing this place is poppin', we meticulously planned out our Father's Day dinner! Headed to the nearby Century25 at 4:40 to check out Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Joined the waiting list before the movie – indicated 2.5 hours, which was just right since the film was also 2.5 hours. Thought it would be a seamless transition, yet ended up waiting another half hour after movie and check-in to be seated. Holidays really fan the flame of popularity here!
As for food, look at the pics – size and quality still bang for your buck! Main dishes are loaded, comes with two sides! We didn't get beef this time, instead ordered two Pork Rib dishes – they totally nailed the grilling, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, savory sauce! Other pluses: unlimited bread before the meal, peanuts are back, and despite being jam-packed, service was still top-notch. Staff was quick to refill drinks and bread, as if afraid we won't get full! After eating, all the dad diners got to participate in a raffle, with awesome prizes like grills and signed memorabilia. Here’s hoping for the big prize [shy R]!
