Let’s be real—dealing with a bully at work is the WORST. 🙈 But you’re NOT alone, and you don’t have to just put up with it. Here’s what I did (and you can too!):
• I started a log—dates, times, what happened, who saw it. Details matter!
• I told the person their behavior was NOT okay (and kept proof—hello, emails!).
• I talked to coworkers who witnessed stuff. Some even shared their own stories. Strength in numbers, right?
• I saved every nasty note, email, or gift as evidence. 📸
• I kept my records safe—outside the office, just in case.
• I reached out to friends, family, and even a therapist. Their support? LIFE-CHANGING. ❤️
• I checked my company handbook and talked to HR. Knowing the rules helped me speak up with confidence.
