To my neighbor with the flashing LED Santa that stays on until 3 AM: Please, have mercy.

I love Christmas lights. I really do. But someone on our block has installed a strobe-light display that flashes directly into my bedroom window. It looks like a disco in my master bedroom all night. I haven't slept properly in two days. Is there a polite way to ask a neighbor to maybe turn them off at 10 PM?
