From Team Player to Team Stranger: My New Role Blues 😶‍🌫️

Not long ago, I was just another face in the crowd at work—laughing at lunch, brainstorming with the team, and feeling like I truly fit in. But then, out of nowhere, my recent project success got me picked to lead a new group. I thought it would be a proud moment, but it’s honestly been a struggle.
