Struggling With Meditation: Seeking Guidance and Support
Two years ago, when I was in Class 10, I started meditating, hoping it would help me focus better on my studies. I listened to OM mantras and focused on my forehead, the third eye area. At first, I felt relaxed, but over time, tension built up. Despite this, I kept focusing harder, thinking it would help. Now, I constantly feel pressure in my head, like something is stuck in my nerves, and it affects my breathing and my whole body. I've spent so much trying to fix this, but nothing has worked. Everyone says it's psychological, but I feel stuck and alone. Has anyone else faced this? Please share your experiences or advice in the comments. 🙏
