Happy Thursday• Tomatina Italian🍝 & Galaxy 3 Viewing
Come on over to Walnut Creek tonight for Guardians of the Galaxy 3 at Century Walnut Creek 14 and catch a bite at Tomatina on Main St. Notice every Thursday from 4pm till closing, kids eat free from the Kids Menu with an adult entree purchase! Scored a free Mac Cheese and Spaghetti Meatball for my two kiddos! Usually, it would cost $7.75/ea. So, if you're a parent, dining here on Thursday evening definitely saves you some cash!
For our main dishes, we ordered:
* Carne Combo Pizza, $24.95/medium. It's a thin crust pizza, rich in flavor, filled with lots of meat, sauce, and mushrooms. Though the medium size ain't that large, getting a large if you want to satisfy everyone in the family.
* Salmon Rstd, $26.50! Salmon with Italian pasta; a classic Italian dish that tastes pretty good! It takes a while to prepare, dishes like pizza and salad come out faster, while other mains take at least 20 mins. So plan your time wisely!
* Free Kids Menu; Free on Thursday nights, normally $5.75~$7.75. Check out the menu in picture 7; our server said kids especially like the Noodles Sauce and Spaghetti Meatball.
After dinner, we caught the late night screening of Galaxy 3. As the grand finale of the Galaxy series, it had a mix of laughter and tears. You see the inner struggles of the characters unravel, leading to a new and unregretful life phase, which is quite touching! Although the special effects were not as spectacular as expected and the plot slightly naive, the underpinning themes of familial love and responsibility shone throughout the movie👍.
