My neighbor’s weed smell keeps filling my bathroom

I live in Delaware and just found out the smell is not something the building will deal with since smoking weed is legal now. The problem is the smell comes through what I think is a shared bathroom duct. Some days it is so strong I feel like I’m standing in their living room while they light up. I am thinking about sliding a note under their door to let them know. I wrote one that is polite and not accusing them of anything but I’m not sure if it will come across the wrong way.
