Ever have one of those days where you wish you could just disappear? That was me last Friday. I was leading a virtual class, feeling pretty confident, until I forgot to mute my mic during a break. Let’s just say my commentary on the coffee I made—and my not-so-flattering thoughts about the syllabus—echoed through the entire meeting. The students heard everything.
