"Berkeley Fourth Street" - Peace amidst the hustle & Food

Discussed a refined Japanese restaurant on Fourth Street yesterday, and today we might as well introduce the entire area of Fourth Street Shops, one of the fewer walkable commercial districts in the East Bay! See pic 9 for the map, bounded east-west by Virginia Street and University Ave. Busy main street runs right through! Even though there are many stores and lots of pedestrians shopping, it always maintains a tranquil atmosphere! It's this gentle coming and going, just like that! This tranquility doesn't stop the hustle and bustle: Firstly, plenty of food and drinks: Japanese, American, Italian, Mexican, all types of restaurants! Secondly, fun activities: bookstores and shops showcasing fine arts and green plants; skincare and makeup stores like Sephora, MAC, Aveda, etc.; trend-setting clothing stores like Lululemon, Anthropologie, and niche brands; plus high-tech exclusives like Apple and Amazon 4-Star! Let's quickly talk about a couple of my favorite little spots: #Artís-Coffee Billed as an art coffee shop! Tried the Honey Lavender Coffee, a completely non-bitter sweet coffee with just a whiff of lavender scent, smells good and tastes good! Pastries are half-off for the last hour before they close at 5:00 PM daily, this time I snatched a Blackberry Danish, from $4.75 instantly to $2.37, really a great deal! #Noble-Cow-Creamery A handmade American ice cream shop, not as delicate as Italian ice cream, richer taste! Really uses solid ingredients, organic milk and fresh fruit. About 16 flavors. Tried the blueberry ice cream and could taste the blueberry bits, a bit on the sweeter side, but with the cold sensation you don't really notice, it's pretty nice to have a spoonful when you have nothing else to do! In short, here you'll find all the shops you could ever think of, and even ones you can't think of! Just stroll around and look for highlights! Besides, it's easy to park here, the area is safe, no worries of any kind, great place to exercise and stroll around with kids! 📍Fourth Street Shops 1834 Fourth St, Berkeley, CA 94710

San Francisco | A Local Creative Community Full of Surprises

Art/Coffee/Greenery/Vintage/Vinyl Records and more? The word "hidden gem" can't begin to describe this creative collective store on Haight Street. It's like layers of treasures, one after the other. I started strolling around and was attracted by the bright yellow shop door ☀️ Then got a matcha latte from Coffee Outthere 🍵 The barista said you could sip and browse at the same time. 🪴The BotanicPanic plant store had more than the usual plants - there were amazing mushroom and moss decorative paintings. Vinyl record collectors can browse through Offshore Sounds. The store also features lots of art pieces and independent publications from local San Francisco artists. Next were tons of vintage clothes, accessories, hats, and much more. Further in, there's a gallery to check out. I never expected to find a surprise at the back of the gallery 🌟 Hidden in the hustle and bustle is Uncle Paul's pottery studio. It's simply perfect for pottery lovers to sip coffee, shop, and create pottery on the weekend 😍 In just one afternoon of casual browsing, I discovered many more favorite things 🌱 👇 An incomplete list of 710 collective stores below: ☕️Coffee at Coffee Outthere 🪴Greenery at BotanicPanic 💿 Vinyls at Offshore Sounds 🕰️ Vintage items at Porter Vintage among others 🎨Gallery 🍵Pottery at Uncle Paul’s There are periodic workshops and Pop-ups too. Also included are images from two partnering artists featured on their website. 📍710 Collective 1644 Haight St, San Francisco #SanFrancisco #LocalCreativeCommunity #Art #Coffee #Greenery #Vintage #VinylRecords #HiddenGem #HaightStreet #Treasures #BotanicPanic #MushroomArt #OffshoreSounds #LocalArtists #VintageClothes #Accessories #UnclePaulsPottery #Workshops #Popups #710Collective #HaightSt #SanFrancisco
