bathroom horror story: my body betrayed me mid-poop😱

Hey neighbors, I need to share something embarrassing but important. This morning, I had an intense stomachache (thanks to last night’s spicy tacos) and rushed to the bathroom. While straining, I suddenly felt dizzy, my ears started ringing, and my vision blurred. I legit thought I was going to faint! Thankfully, leaning forward and slow breathing helped me recover. Has anyone else experienced this? A friend mentioned it could be a vasovagal response—apparently common but terrifying! Now I’m chugging water and rethinking my fiber intake.
