Been trying to lose weight for like 10 years. Then I climbed for a year—and my body just… changed. Same number on the scale, but my back got tighter, my arms stronger, my shape totally different. I still eat like a normal person. I just climb. And the best part? It’s stupid fun. No gym buddy? No problem. No PR to hit. Just you and the wall.
