Nine Metal Rods Just Appeared on My Friend's Land. What Is Going On? 😦🤯

Something super weird happened today. My friend's land is private property and over the course of just three hours, nine metal rods appeared out of nowhere. They are really firmly embedded in the ground. The owners of the land had no idea where they came from. They thought maybe it was a utility company, but they checked and no one was supposed to be working there. We are in Austria now if that helps. Does anyone have a clue what these could be? This mystery black stick fell out of my shower. What is it?

My shower head just fell off last night, and this black stick thing fell out with it. I have no idea what it is. It's a small rod, maybe five inches long, and it's lighter than you'd expect. It feels a bit like metal but it scratches easily and seems to be hollow on the inside. For some reason, when I picked it up, it snapped in my hand and left a small scratch. The shower still works fine without it, so I am completely confused. I can't figure out where it's supposed to go. I am hoping someone out there knows about plumbing. I would really like to know what this thing is and if I need to get a new one. I Just Noticed This Black Mark Above an Outlet. Is This a Problem?

I honestly do not remember if it's something new. The mark itself is sooty and symmetrical, and it's making me a little worried. The outlet itself looks fine. There doesn't seem to be any damage to it. But the shape of the mark on the wall has me concerned. I am afraid it could be a burn mark from a wiring issue inside the wall. My contractor's guy tried to stay the night at my new house 😮‍💨

So I hired a contractor to paint the inside of our new home. We have not moved in yet, so the place is completely empty. A couple of guys were working for the day. One of them stayed very late, and I started to get a weird feeling about it. When I left after dinner, I noticed a big duffle bag outside with toothpaste in the side pocket. I texted the contractor to ask what was going on. He said they were just working late to finish the job.
