how do you handle a farm animal passing away? asking for help

So, we’ve got an older horse, and while everything’s fine for now, I’m starting to think ahead about what we’d do if something serious happens—injury or even death. 😔 We’ve got a great vet who comes onsite, so that’s an option, but I’m curious how others on farms deal with this kind of situation? Do you have a process in place for large animals? What about burial or other end-of-life care? I’d love to hear how you’ve managed these tough moments, especially when it’s an animal that’s been with you for so long. #farmcare #animalhealth #horses
