• I say how I FEEL, not what they "make me feel"—less drama, more honesty.
• I ask what's really going on. Sometimes, it’s not even about me!
• I set boundaries. If the tone gets nasty, I leave the room. 🚪
• I try to use humor to break the tension (but never at my own expense).
• If things get bad, I reach out to friends, family, or a counselor. No shame in asking for help!
Bottom line: I deserve respect—and so do you. Don’t settle for less. If you need support, you’re not alone. We’ve got this! 💪
