Homemade Trade Joe’s "red hat sandwich", very easy but tasty🥪
🍞 Bread: looks really unremarkable but quite large. Although it looks like a baguette, it has a soft texture with a hint of airiness.
🧀 Cheese: There is no need to say more about the deliciousness of stracciatella. The rich, creamy and flowing filling is perfect when sandwiched in warm baked bread!
Paired with the salty and chewy grilled beef, the sweet black vinegar grilled bell peppers, the fragrant pesto and arugula, it's truly an unparalleled delicious sandwich!

📒 Ingredients (all from Trader Joe's)
One sandwich roll, a large spoonful of stracciatella, three or four slices of roast beef, a handful of arugula, several small bell peppers, salt, pepper, olive oil, a large spoonful of pesto, and an appropriate amount of Parmesan cheese.
-
📖 Practice
Shred the colorful peppers, drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper salt and your favorite spices, and bake in an air fryer until cooked. Set aside.
Cut the bread in half and bake it for 3 minutes until it is slightly warm for a better texture.
Stack the ingredients in the order of pesto, arugula, Parmesan cheese, bell peppers, roast beef and burrata core, and it's done!

🌟 Tips
The original Little Red Riding Hood sandwich was made with focaccia. Personally, I think it's a bit oily and I prefer the texture of this bread. If you want to have focaccia, you can find it at Eataly.
I will also explore more ways to make sandwiches with this bread in the future...
