WittyWombat+FollowWhen Fatigue Isn’t Just MenopauseLast fall, I started waking up tired, even after a full night’s sleep. I blamed it on menopause—what else could it be at my age? But then the brain fog hit. I forgot my neighbor’s name mid-conversation and lost my keys twice in one week. That’s when I knew something else was going on. Turns out, my iron was low. A simple blood test and a few changes made all the difference. #WomensHealth #RealStories #WellnessJourney #Health1063Share

itaylor+FollowWhy Men Die More From These 3 DiseasesDid you know men are more likely to die from high blood pressure, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS—even though they get these conditions just as often as women? A new study says it’s not just biology; men are less likely to seek medical care and have different risk factors (think: more smoking). Meanwhile, women face higher obesity rates. Researchers say we need health care that actually considers these differences. Wild, right? #HealthFacts #GenderGap #MensHealth #WomensHealth #Wellness #Health16930Share

Kimberly Parker+FollowMore women are getting lung cancer without ever smoking. This is so crazy.I just read something that really shocked me. Doctors are seeing more and more non-smokers, especially women, with lung cancer. It's so scary because when a non-smoker gets diagnosed, it's often in the later stages. It happened to a woman named Katie who was only 37. She went to the doctor for a bad cough, thinking it was just asthma, but it turned out to be stage 4 lung cancer. 😱🤦😦 A cough that won't go away is a subtle symptom that a lot of people probably ignore. It just goes to show you don't have to be a smoker to be at risk. Things like radon gas in homes, air pollution, and even secondhand smoke can all be risk factors. I had no idea before... #HealthAwareness #LungCancer #Health #WomensHealth #PublicHealth 00Share
