Okay, so I’ve been hitting the gym hard lately and honestly, I love my protein shakes. But I started wondering—am I overdoing it? Some days I have two, maybe even three shakes if I’m super busy and can’t get a meal in. I read online that too much protein isn’t great for your kidneys, but then other people say it’s fine if you’re active.
