But sticking with it changed everything for my flexibility! 💡 Warm up first—reclining butterfly is my go-to for loosening hips and thighs. ✅ Start in table pose, then slowly move your knees out to the sides. Don’t force it! Comfort is key. 🔔 Lower onto your forearms, exhale, and gently push your hips back until you feel a stretch (not pain!) in your inner thighs. ⚠️ If you’ve got knee or hip issues, skip this one or use extra padding.
