To easily get pomegranate seeds

Cutting and deseeding a pomegranate doesn’t have to be a red-juice disaster. Here’s how I do it, step by step: Slice off the top of the pomegranate, just deep enough to get through the skin. If the top doesn’t come off easily, cut a little deeper. Score the skin along the natural ridges (usually 5-8 sections) without cutting too deep. This makes it easier to break apart. Submerge the fruit in a big bowl of water. Gently pull apart the sections. The seeds will sink, and the bitter white pith floats—super easy to skim off. Use your thumbs to loosen the seeds underwater. If some are stubborn, pull the edges of each section back to pop them out. Drain the seeds and pick out any leftover pith. Now you’ve got a bowl of ready-to-eat arils, no stains, no fuss! These seeds are perfect for salads, yogurt, or just snacking straight from the bowl. Trust me, once you try this, you’ll never go back to the old way. #PomegranateHacks #HealthySnacks #KitchenTips #Food #Cooking
