Why I Measured Every Spoonful of Sea Moss

I used to think adding sea moss to my smoothies was just a healthy habit. But it became another thing to count, another thing to control. One tablespoon, never two. I’d measure it out, then check the label again, just to be sure. I told myself it was about nutrients, but really, it was about not messing up. About not letting my body get out of line.
