Gen Z Job Seeker Rejected for Being 'Too Entitled'?! 😳

I’m a recent college grad, and lately, every job interview feels like a dead end. The feedback I keep getting is that I’m “too entitled” or “lack work ethic”—just because I ask about work-life balance or remote options. It’s so frustrating! I’m eager to learn and work hard, but it seems like employers have this negative stereotype about Gen Z. I worry that no matter how much I prepare, I’ll always be judged by my age.
