After two years of hype, Andy’s Frozen Custard just pulled the plug on their first Louisville spot. They hit a major snag with stormwater upgrades, and now the whole project’s off. No more dreams of late-night custard runs in Middletown, at least for now. Bummer if you were already planning your order!
