Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon Pasta

A perfect mix of comfort and freshness, and the lemon makes it look bright and “healthy” — ideal for engagement. Ingredients: 8 oz pasta 2 salmon fillets 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 lemon (zest + juice) ½ cup grated parmesan Salt, pepper Fresh parsley Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and sear in a pan with butter for 3–4 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir and let it thicken slightly. Add parmesan and whisk until smooth. Season again if needed. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Flake the salmon and fold it into the pasta gently. Top with parsley and fresh pepper. Creamy, bright, and absolutely addictive. #PastaNight #SalmonRecipes #Foodie

Classic BLT Pasta Salad (Summer Cookout Favorite)

This goes viral every summer because it’s nostalgic, simple, and surprisingly addictive. Ingredients: Pasta shells (2 cups) Bacon (6–8 strips) Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved) Romaine lettuce (2 cups, chopped) Red onion (¼ cup, diced) Mayonnaise (½ cup) Sour cream (¼ cup) Lemon juice (1 tbsp) Salt & pepper Steps: Cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water, and drain well. Cook bacon until crisp; crumble it into pieces. In a large bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. Toss gently. Finally, fold in the bacon right before serving so it stays crispy. Chill for 30 minutes before eating for the best flavor. Perfect for potlucks and BBQs. #PastaSalad #SummerEats #Foodie

Classic BLT Pasta Salad (Summer Cookout Favorite)

I'm officially saying I have found the one meal I could eat every single week for the rest of my life

I’m not even exaggerating. It’s this pasta dish with roasted onions and garlic. You just throw everything in a pan, roast it all until the onions are perfectly caramelized, and then mix in the pasta with some cream and fresh herbs. The flavor is absolutely insane. The onions become this super sweet, sticky, savory base, and when you mix it with the cream and Parmesan, it creates a sauce that is out of this world. It’s rich and comforting but still tastes so fresh because of the basil and parsley. I can share the full recipe if you're interested. Let me know in the comments and I'll send it to you. #PastaLover #Foodie #HomeCooking #Recipe #Delicious #Obsessed #FoodGoals #Food
