Ingredients: 8 oz pasta 2 salmon fillets 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1 lemon (zest + juice) ½ cup grated parmesan Salt, pepper Fresh parsley Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Season salmon with salt and pepper, and sear in a pan with butter for 3–4 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir and let it thicken slightly. Add parmesan and whisk until smooth. Season again if needed. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Flake the salmon and fold it into the pasta gently. Top with parsley and fresh pepper. Creamy, bright, and absolutely addictive. #PastaNight #SalmonRecipes #Foodie

📣 Wait… America Has Six Regional Cuisines?!

We always joke that America is a “food desert” with burgers and pizza on repeat—but turns out, we actually have six legit food regions of our own. Yes, SIX. And some of them are fire.🔥 Let’s break it down: 🇺🇸 Pacific Cuisine 📍 CA, OR, WA, HI Fresh seafood, vibrant produce, clean flavors. Think California Rolls & poke bowls. Basically, Whole Foods in cuisine form. 🌶️ Southwest Cuisine 📍 AZ, TX, NM Bold, spicy, full of Mexican influence. Texas BBQ? Yes please. Also, New Mexico chile deserves more respect. 🌶️ 🦐 Cajun Cuisine 📍 Louisiana Spicy, soulful, and messy in the best way. Jambalaya, gumbo, crawfish boils—it's chaos, but delicious. 🍗 Soul Food 📍 The Deep South Fried, rich, comforting. From pulled pork to cornbread to collard greens—it's flavor and history on a plate. 🥪 New York Cuisine 📍 NYC Basically “United Nations on a bun.” Bagels, Reubens, halal carts, dollar-slice pizza. A global food tour in one city block. 🦀 New England Cuisine 📍 ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT Seafood-forward, British-influenced. Chowder, crab cakes, lobster rolls—simple but satisfying. America’s not a food desert. It’s more like a weird, beautiful food collage. Not always pretty, but definitely flavorful. 💬 Which region has your favorite food? Did we miss one? And be honest—how many of these have you actually tried? 👇 Let’s settle this in the comments. Also... when are we getting a Midwestern cuisine emoji? 🧀🌽🍖 #Foodie
