Measure 1 cup of brown rice and 1/2 cup of lentils. Rinse both really well under cold water. Dump them into your rice cooker. Add about 3 cups of water (or broth for extra flavor), a pinch of salt, and any spices you like. I usually toss in a bay leaf and some garlic powder. Stir everything together, close the lid, and set your rice cooker to the brown rice setting. If yours doesn’t have that, just use the regular cook setting. Walk away and let the rice cooker do its thing. It usually takes 40-50 minutes. Once it’s done, fluff with a fork and serve. Super filling, and easy to cook. Perfect for meal prep or a quick dinner after work out! #Rice #EasyCooking #Healthy eating #Kitchen hacks #Food #Cooking
