it's supposed to be for nutritious food

while doing my shopping list about a year ago, I was shocked to see what ebt would pay for: ice cream, popsicles, candy bars, chips, cookies, cake, donuts, soda and a bunch of other junk food. if the program had been run so only nutrious food was paid for, maybe they would still have money to run the program. #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk

I was disabled with really bad lungs and two heart attacks in 2019, I tried to get assistance and was told even at $300 a week for short term disability insurance I made to much, I KNOW OF NO ONE that gets assistance that doesn't need it, period. Ripping off the hard workers in US

It would be very difficult to do, but the people getting any benefits from our gov't should have a visit from some gov't person to see where and how they live. geez, there are cameras everywhere, might be able to look at their house, car, find out how many kids they really have. just more investigation is what I'm saying, before handing out tax dollars to people. I once knew a gay guy claiming 12 kids on his IRS return. I think a lot of people are getting free money because no one checks up on them. #SNAPBenefits #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk

yes SNAP benefits have been abused

#SNAPBenefits to many people are being junk food with SNAP and there does need to be restrictions on what you can buy.people forget the is from government monies if you want to buy food you need to go out and get a job #SNAPLife those people who are able should have to work part time for their benefits just because you have children you should show the program that you are a responsible for feeding your children properly #SNAPTalk snap has become some what of an entitlement to some people the more children you have the more benefits you get there needs to be a cut off somewhere so as not to encourage women to continue with this practice also more controls on the ability to sell your stamps to someone else and tighter controls on people that have businesses using snap to make food purchases for their businesses and it is happening. just a thought the cards need to have your picture on it so you would be the only one to use it

They’re taking food out of the children’s mouth. Some women don’t work and their children are starving and then you have the elderly who we worked for everything we got and you’re gonna take that away from us. You know we’re not here for a long time. I figure I got another 10 years at best. And I like to be happy the Food Stamps help out for the elderly. Please don’t take away our Food Stamps please don’t have a heart. Have a conscience.
