This Peach Cobbler Recipe Never Fails Me

Making this cake-like peach cobbler is honestly easier than you think. Mix your peach filling with the canned peaches and simmer for 5 minutes, then set aside. Combine all wet ingredients - milk, vanilla, and your spices - in one bowl. Mix dry ingredients separately - self-rising flour, both sugars, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Don't add peaches yet! Melt half a stick of butter in your 9x13 dish at 350°F. Pour batter over melted butter, then spoon peach mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes until golden. Cover with foil and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. The batter rises around the peaches creating this perfect cake-cobbler hybrid that's absolutely divine. #peachcobbler #easydessert #homemadecobbler #Food #Cooking

Lazy Enchiladas with Queso—My Go-To Weeknight Dinner

Brown your ground beef in a skillet, adding taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped white onion. Cook until the meat is done and the onions are soft, then drain the grease. Spread a layer of queso dip on the bottom of your baking pan. Take your tortillas, fill each with the beef mixture, and roll them up. Line them up in the pan—pack as many as you can. Pour the rest of your queso jar over the top, then add half of a second jar to make sure everything is totally covered, especially the sides. Bake at 350°F until the queso is bubbling and starts to turn golden. That’s when you know it’s ready to eat! This is my favorite way to do enchiladas when I want something fast but still crave that cheesy comfort food vibe. #Food #Cooking #lazycooking

Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos That Actually Taste Amazing

Making these chicken tacos is ridiculously simple and the results are incredible. Toss your chicken breasts in the slow cooker with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Dump in the diced tomatoes with chiles and green chiles - don't drain them! That juice adds so much flavor. Cook on high for 4 hours. The chicken will be fall-apart tender. Shred with two forks - it practically falls apart on its own. Stir in that salsa con queso and watch it get all creamy and delicious. Serve these babies in flour tortillas with whatever toppings you love. The queso sauce makes them extra indulgent and my family devours them every single time. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something that tastes like you actually tried. #slowcookertacos #dinnerideas #lemon8challenge #Food #Cooking

Secret spice! Recipe 100% like Takeout Spicy Chicken

This recipe delivers restaurant-quality heat right in your kitchen. Cut 2 lbs chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat completely dry Mix 2 tbsp cayenne, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl Coat chicken pieces thoroughly with the spice blend Heat oil to 350°F in a heavy pot or deep fryer Fry chicken in small batches for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy Toss hot chicken with extra cayenne and a drizzle of honey The key is getting that oil temperature just right - too low and you'll have soggy chicken, too high and it burns before cooking through. Trust me, this beats any delivery order and you control exactly how much heat you want. #spicychicken #friedchicken #homecooking #Food #Cooking
