Honestly, living a balanced life isn’t easy—but wow, it’s worth it! 😅 Here’s how I keep things in check (most days, anyway):
• I eat more veggies & lean proteins (hello, smoothies & salads!)
• I move my body—walking, dancing, or even just stretching counts!
• I make sleep a non-negotiable. 7-9 hours, no excuses. 🙈
• I plan my days but don’t freak out if things change. Flexibility is key!
• I set goals (big and small) and celebrate every win.
• I make time for what makes me smile—hobbies, friends, family, or just a good laugh.
• I keep learning new things, even if it’s just 5 minutes a day.
• I check in with my social circle, but I’m not afraid to set boundaries when I need to recharge.
• I try to keep work at work (or at least in my home office!) and unplug when I’m off the clock.
