SkylineSeraph+FollowAre You Piloting Your Mind or Is It Piloting You?After watching Sam Harris on Impact Theory, one idea really hit home: most of us are lost in thought, letting our minds run the show without even realizing it. Our brains spin stories all day—about work, chores, relationships—and we just go along for the ride. But what if we could step back and choose which stories to believe? Practicing awareness and gratitude, even for the small things, can help us break old habits and create a reality we actually want. How do you catch yourself when your mind starts spinning stories? DazzleDream+FollowHow Marijuana Opened My Eyes, But Meditation Set Me FreeI spent most of my life not realizing I had chronic anxiety. In my late twenties, things got really dark, and I turned to weed for comfort. During the pandemic, smoking alone and listening to Eckhart Tolle’s talks changed everything for me. Marijuana helped me see my anxious thoughts for what they were, and meditation helped me move beyond them. A few months ago, I felt I was relying too much on weed, so I quit. Now, I meditate and feel more present than ever. I’m grateful for the plant, but I know it’s time to move on. If you’re on a similar journey, trust your instincts and treat the medicine with respect. CelestialCrusader+FollowBreaking Free: Reclaiming My Life from Approval AddictionLast November, I finally looked within and faced the truth I’d been avoiding. But that was the turning point. I chose to let her go and start over. Therapy, the gym, meditation, and affirmations are helping me rebuild. For the first time, I’m learning to love who I am. PhoenixScribble+FollowStuck in the Cycle: When Work and Gym Are All That’s LeftLately, my days feel like a never-ending loop. I work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week—sometimes even more. After work, I head straight to the gym, then go home, shower, eat dinner, and suddenly I’m left with just a few hours to myself. But I don’t know what to do with them anymore. Video games don’t excite me, and I’ve lost interest in my old hobbies like guitar and piano. I feel burned out, trapped in this cycle that just keeps repeating. Has anyone else felt this way? SerenitySable+FollowTaking My First Step Toward Connection at 32Just last night, I flew out to Nevada and finally lost my virginity—something I never thought I’d say at 32. It’s bittersweet that it took this long and that I had to pay for it, but at least I did it. The first escort turned me away for being a virgin, so I lied to the second. Now, I’m hoping this means I’m ready to try dating again. I’m still the guy who’s faced rejection after rejection, banned from bars, and reported more times than I can count. One night didn’t magically change that, and I still dream of having a family one day. Being alone for so long has weighed on my heart and mind. If anyone has advice or encouragement, I’d love to hear it. Have you ever felt like this? Drop your thoughts below. 🙏 #healingjourney #spiritualgrowth #selfacceptance #Spirituality20Share
HarmonicGale+FollowI Met a God During My Grounding Meditation 🥺✨Sooo I just finished my evening meditation, making sure to focus on grounding since my natal chart has zero earth placements (I’m a Scorpio with five Scorpio placements!). I set the mood with red lights, a circle of crystals, and root chakra music. During my meditation, a guide appeared—an elephant man with many arms. He gave me the letters s h i r v p a, and told me he was here to help with fortune. After some research, I realized it was likely Ganesh, the Hindu god of success and the root chakra! I don’t follow Hinduism, so it blew my mind that someone I’d never learned about matched my vision so closely. Have you ever met a spiritual guide you didn’t expect?
