Ultimate Comfort Soup for Sick Days

Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in an enameled pot over medium-high heat. Toss in diced celery and carrots, sauté for 3 minutes, then add minced garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in 10 cups chicken stock. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Stir in a teaspoon of "Better Than Bouillon" or bouillon granules for extra flavor. Bring to a boil, then add your favorite noodles (homemade or store-bought). Cook until just al dente—don’t overdo it or they’ll get mushy! Stir in 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. This soup is my family’s favorite when anyone’s feeling under the weather. #souprecipes #comfortfood #easyrecipes #Food #Cooking

This Marry Me Chicken Pasta Recipe Lives Up to the Hype

This creamy chicken pasta is absolutely worth the buzz everyone's talking about. Season chicken breasts with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Get your salted water boiling in a separate pot. Cook the chicken in oil over medium heat, flipping every 2 minutes until fully cooked through. Chop half an onion and 3 garlic cloves. Remove chicken, then sauté onions in the same pan. Add garlic until golden and fragrant. Drop your fettuccini into the boiling water. Pour in 1 cup chicken broth, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 1/3 cup heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and fresh parmesan to the pan. Return chicken to pan, baste with sauce, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Slice chicken, mix pasta with sauce, then plate with extra parmesan on top. #marrymechieken #creamypasta #chickenrecipes #Food #Cooking

Big Mac Burger Sauce at Home: Ditch the Drive-Thru

Mix 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayo, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 2 tbsp finely diced pickles, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and a pinch of paprika in a bowl. Stir until everything’s smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if you want more tang or sweetness. Spread this sauce on a bison & beef burger, then sandwich it between thin slices of locally made sourdough bread. It’s seriously next-level and way healthier than the drive-thru version. You get to control the ingredients, and trust me, the flavor is way better than anything from a 24-hour fast food joint. Late-night cravings solved, and you’ll feel good about it! #BigMacSauce #HealthySwaps #BurgerNight #Food #Cooking
